"They were quick to respond and send someone out to diagnose the issue on a weekend. The crew was prompt, professional, and very mindful about wiping their feet, maneuvering through the house with equipment, and things of that sort. They went through the pros and cons of the different options we had to replace the condenser, and they were quick to act after we made a decision. Once installation and a final inspection were complete, they were gone and left zero trace of trash or debris. With my boyfriend out of town, I was by myself at the house while this crew worked on our AC. There was no moment where I felt uncomfortable or disrespected, and not one bit of mansplaining was done.
