When I contacted Duracell for a replacement, I was disappointed to learn that, as a non-original purchaser, I wasn't eligible for a replacement. "Salesmans were good but the motorcycle batteries sold here may not be all so good, i purchased a battery and the day of install a terminal post broke off, under the assumption warranty would replace it, thats when the secret warranty policies come out, & the hoops you have to jump through. I ended up having to purchase another new battery, instead of giving a partial credit discount or anything to help me get back going, store owner Scott, just said nothing we can do! Ask about what the warranty covers before you buy!!!!!"
