"We bought a Superior commercial refrigerator from Ace on North Lamar about two years ago. We were warned up front that since we were putting the refrigerator in our home there would be no warranty. We were assured that their products were quality products. Well the first day after the refrigerator was delivered it began to leak from the tube at the top of the refrigerator. We call Ace to ask if they could suggest repair companies. No help what so ever. We called AE and they assured us they had the parts , they came out. Wrong parts . Finally after an extensive search and several calls to Ace a repair company came out .$590 charge to re glue the part and put a $150 door seal that had given out in less than 2 years. Totally would not recommend Ace ! They sell expensive faulty products. I realize they said no warranty but breaking one day after installation is ridiculous!"
"Very courteous service and large selection of office kitchen & entertainment supplies. Found useful utensils and eco-friendly disposable cutlery options. Large selection of glassware but not so much on upscale ceramic place settings & bowls. Staff were fast on checking out, thorough in price scanning and helpful carry out."
"The store does have a very good inventory. The staff are all helpful and knowledgeable too. The only thing that prevented me from giving the place 4 or 5 stars was the prices. They are high for many items. So, depending on what you need, they might offer a reasonable deal or be outrageously high. They're definitely convenient and very good in a pinch."
