"Brought in a Bissell rug cleaner for repair. Explained the issues it was having. Never received a call that it was ready. When I picked it up was told that it worked fine. No repairs needed. Was charged $20 for them to ‘look at it’. When I got home I tried to use the machine. Still had all the same issues and did not work. Don’t waste your time going here. Bring your vacuum somewhere else!"
