"I had a good experience with them until now. I am livid. I had a subscription with them throughout my lease, but when I left, the new tenants took over the account. I check my account today to see they still charged my card! Not only that, but I can’t do anything about it because my account with them says I don’t have an active subscription with them, because I don’t. So now my card is being utilized my strangers and I can’t even get ahold of anyone to do anything about it. I’ve been sitting on the phone for an hour waiting to speak to someone. Talk about unprofessional. If you care about your sensitive information, do not use this company."
"Nice experience working with A&a appliance leasing. Rented a Reliable washer and dryer for 1.5 years. During this time, I submitted a maintenance request and they came within a day to fix the issue. Today I spoke with Ben on the phone about account changes and he was extremely (5/5) helpful. My only drawback is that wait times on the phone to a customer rep can be long. Otherwise great experience! Thanks"
"They will be good until you lease with them.Got a basic washer and dryer set which was very old and was just ok. People over the phone doesn't help much and they cannot confirm the dates of pickup even after taking a pickup payment for providing 25 days notice. Would not recommend and can get better services for same price."
"Enjoyed their service for two years. The washer and dryer were delivered promptly and professionally. As I'm moving, I forgot to provide a 30-day notice, but the manager kindly waived the fee. Highly recommend this company."
