"Store #6553 is the worst customer service including the manager, Raul. Ordered our refrigerator, washer and dryer on Nov 27 for delivery on December 28 after we close our home. Home Depot called on December 27 (the day before scheduled delivery) that the refrigerator is back order till March 2024. We went back to the store and manager failed to resolve our issue and explanation of delay and why we got the call the day before scheduled delivery and not sooner. He was also cold and have a "don't care attitude". He says he is the store manager and his badge says he is the customer experience manager. He needs to re-define his job role. Instead of correcting the issue and helped us find another refrigerator, he cancelled the entire order including the washer and dryer. It was brought to our attention by Mary Raich, Design Consultant who was very helpful. Had to return the next day to re-order another available refrigerator and re-order the washer and dryer. All of our food got spoilt from our old home because of the delay and lack of communication and lack of attention. Avoid this store by all means! They are quick to blame the manufacturer when the actual issue is lack of communication from Home Depot. Home Depot would have know the back order earlier."

"Went here to have some wood cut. Asked three different associates for assistance. No one showed up. Went and asked another associate for assistance, she apologized for no one coming and she didn't call anyone for us either. We left and went to Lowe's and got the customer service Home Depot couldn't provide."

"I just want to express my disagreement about an experience that happened to me with the staff of this store, especially with the manager, his name is Evan. I am a frequent customer, I have my company and I have credit cards with Home Depot today 09-19-23 at 3.00 pm I arrived to buy two maximizer palettes and the person who was working as a cashier told me You have to go pay at Consumer Service and I Bring the receipt so I can loaded the pallets on you trailer. After I brought him the receipt he told me you has to take the empty pallets to customer services and bring me the receipt the person from Constumer service told me I have to see the pallets bring them inside but for that I spent 1 hour in turns and they didn't want me to give the cement, I asked to talk to the manager, Mr. Evan, and he told me, well, there's nothing I can do, these are the rules of the store, and if you don't like get your money back and you can go I went to Lowe's and the treatment was totally different for that reason. From now on I will run my business with Lowe's I hope this experience reaches the ears of someone higher up and they do something about it so that someone doesn't go through this again, thank you"

"I am a frequent customer of this location and occasionally visit other HD stores as well. I was given the wrong pallet of concrete some time ago. It was a more expensive pallet of concrete by far and it seems simple to swap it with the correct one. Not so simple. Time of purchase was involved. Pallets involved. Receipts involved. Different credit card involved. Lots of people involved. What a headache! However, ANTONIA, understood and comprehended the situation today (8-23-23) when I brought it back. She both patiently and graciously followed the procedures. Her supervisor was there and this was just an inconvenience for her but she approved the transactions. ANTONIA solved all the problems, she jumped through hoops and she ultimately made the transactions happen smoothly, safely, and correctly! Totally professional and totally customer service oriented person! 10 STARS for ANTONIA! She is definitely the kind of employee who is focused on the customer as well as doing it correctly for the store!"

"Customer service phenomenal. We are purchasing for our home and as we were shopping the people were so responsive and helpful. They walked the store with us helped load items into our car and made sure we got the best deal. Great staff and even better inventory. Yes, inventory! We came here from Dallas because none of our stores had the lights or backsplash."
