"Horrible experience. So I had the worst experience ever when it should have been easy as they make it out to be online. I went online, got approved, put my order in and boom just needed to wait for it to get delivered, easy enough right? Wrong. Next day the store calls me and sets up a delivery time(I’m excited). Won’t be delivered till wednesday and I understood because I made the online purchase on a Friday afternoon duh, but guess what? Wednesday comes and no delivery. I call the store the next day and ask why it wasn’t delivered, turns out there were specific pieces broken and they had to order me a whole new unit and NO ONE INFORMED ME that they ordered a new one and had rescheduled my delivery for a WEEK LATER!! Okay whatever rather have a good new product than a broken one. So they rescheduled my delivery till Tuesday for the following week. Guess what? Tuesday comes and no delivery, and this is the Tuesday I’ve requested specifically to be off work to accept this delivery. I call and turns out the person who ordered my new product didn’t schedule a new delivery. Okay FINE. They tell me they’ll have it delivered tomorrow(aka Wednesday) guess what?? No delivery!! I HAVE TO CALL myself and ask why again and they tell me “oh a driver is out sick” and I’m like okay one driver? And the whole delivery system is off? Okay whatever they tell me I’ll be the first one tomorrow(THURSDAY) at 9am for my product to be delivered, mind you I have work at 12:30 and they assure me I’ll be the first one. And hey to my surprise??? NO DELIVERY!! I call corporate and tell them to cancel my order. I had waited almost 3 weeks and mind you I had already given my first payment because I’m a huge giving my payments on time kind of person and the customer service rep told me “next time don’t give a payment if you haven’t gotten the merchandise sir” and I thought that’s the payment timeline YOU guys gave me! but anyways horrible experience. Hope they fix all there issues and get organized."
"I have been costumer 30 years Most of my furniture bought from Aaron the price is high but the quality is number one"
"The customer service skills are very poor. From the main manager Asauna or however it is spelled to the entire team. After speaking to the Asauna, I immediately realized where his employees get their customer service skills from. Of all managers I’ve ever met both in my work place or me as a customer, this was by far, the worst mannered and unprofessional manager I have ever had to deal with. If you do shop there, prepare for them to not value you as a customer as well as they doing what they want when it comes to delivery and service."
"Terrible service from delivery guys and the supervisor, Sierra. They claim they came and waited so long and that is not true. They drove by slowed down and left. There was someone outside waiting for them all morning and they did not stop. They are lying, maybe they were running late already and had no choice but to lie about stopping. My mother in law whom is a senior even said they just drove by and she has no reason to make that up. I didn’t get my items and now have to sleep on the floor as I got rid of my old mattress. My empty room because they going to make me wait another week. Very unfair and sad how they don’t care."
