"Had these clowns assigned to fix my appliance through my home warranty company. Had an appointment scheduled and was told to expect them at 5pm. 5pm rolls around and no one shows up. Called them and left a voice mail and no one called me back. It has been 3 weeks and still not a word from them. Save yourself the headache and go with someone else. These guys are nothing but a joke."
"First, I'll say that the two different guys that came to initially see what was wrong, and then to replace the part on our dryer were very polite and efficient. The problem started when we could not get them to pick up the phone. A couple days after the part was ordered a woman called to tell us it would be arriving the following day so she set up an appointment for us. After the appointment time passed we called to see what was going on and no answer. After calling multiple times, we finally just reached out to our home warranty company and they were able to get ahold of them after several attempts. The part did not come in, which isn't a big deal, we're patient. Since no-showing on the appointment we have not been able to make contact at all. The only times we've able to get information from them was through our warranty company. I work in customer service and have a lot of empathy for people who work with the public, but the absolute lack of communication is unacceptable. We tried calling multiple times a day for about a week, only to be sent to voicemail. We're thankful to be done with them."
"IF YOUR WARRANTY SERVICE COMPANY TRIES TO PAIR YOU WITH JUSTIN AND PREFERRED AC REJECT IT IMMEDIATELY!!! It's been 6+ weeks since the ticket was open and this guy (Justin) still hasn't been out to the property. It took a couple of weeks just to get him on the phone after leaving multiple VMs. I had to call 15 times in a row like a crazy person until Justin picked up the phone. I explained the issue and he told me to text his "office" about what parts they should order (how professional!). They ordered parts (without actually being on-premise) that arrived weeks ago, and still won't schedule a time to come to the property. I couldn't get a hold of him until I texted him that I was going to leave a poor review. He called me, asked the address of my property, said he'd look into it, and hung up on me. Haven't been able to get a hold of him since. I finally am doing what I should have done weeks ago and got a new vendor."
