"Fraud alert. STAY AWAY. The entire company is horrendous to work with. They installed two combo ovens improperly, charged my credit card without authorization (bank honored the charge back), service tech creeps around the restaurant eating your food and racking up hours never fixing the problem. The staff is belligerent and untrustworthy. Terrible all around."

"Don’t go through them for warranties . I waited months for a part and they said it had no warranty when the manufacturer told me it did . They failed to communicate and charged me $1100 . Beware stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"Called in on Thu asking for a repair same day or next at the latest. Was assured they could do it no later than next day. No call no show come 3pm next day so called back and was told Monday at the earliest. Very costly to have machine down over the weekend and had other service company that could have came if they were honest with their availability. They were "very sorry" though."
