Their return policy is awesome, which made decision making less daunting because it didn't have to be final. The showroom is packed and beautiful and you're spoiled for choice."

"If you're buying for a complete remodel project, I would stay away from these guys. I placed an order for multiple items for my bathroom remodel project three weeks in advance of needing the materials. Ferguson told me the items would be ready and shipped to their warehouse for my contractor to pick up. I heard essentially nothing from them for three weeks, and the day before my order was needed, I happened to call to confirm that it had arrived. Turns out, several items were backordered without a clear ship date, and Ferguson just decided not to tell me about it. After several conversations with unhelpful support people who had no idea how to resolve the issue, I ultimately decided to cancel the order rather than risk having to deal with them any further. Honestly, it's pretty incredible these guys stay in business with their level of customer support and communication."

"Never had a great experience visiting the showroom floor on Elm st in Austin. I will say, their selection of quality appliances are beyond amazing, which is the reason I continue to buy different types of appliances from Ferguson. As far as the delivery service they use I will refrain from using the words I chose to use."

"Terrible customer experience here. Chose these 3 kitchen higher end Hinkley pendants and the glass globes came obviously defected. It takes an exorbitant amount of time to even communicate with a rep and an Act of God to get issues resolved. After waiting on hold for extended periods of time, leaving messages and emails for reps that don’t return calls, we finally walked the defected globes into the store. Over a month later, a manager finally called. They shipped a replacement set of globes. Upon arrival, these glass globes were ALSO, identically defected. Beyond frustrated & not going to even bother calling. We’re walking in with SIX defective globes today. Not holding my breath!"
