"I really don't enjoy writing negative reviews but I feel obliged to warn future purchasers. I recently purchased a new vehicle from this Ford Dealership and decided to get the additional cargo mat from Ford Accessories. This was 3 months ago... after about a month waiting I inquired about status (since the order said 8-10 processing days) and they suggested I go straight to my local Part's Department because that is where it was being shipped to. Local Part's had not received or marked my package as received but, they agreed to give the mat they had on hand to me so I wouldn't be left without a mat for longer. For that I would give 5 stars but it gets worse. The box was already opened and after looking at the mat, I was not satisfied with the quality. I was skeptical that since this mat wasn't addressed to me, maybe I should wait for mine to come in. After expressing this, they then found the "extra mat" that was "mine". After a brief moment of relief, I found the mat to be the exact same. Not only did the mat not match the image on the website, the material was cheap and light-weight. I understand this is not the fault of the Part's Department HOWEVER, I have felt deceived since no-one ever called me to let me know the product was received. In addition, it has been 3 months since originally purchasing this item and after reaching out the Ford Accessories, they told me "it may be lost" and need to "investigate" my order with my local Part's Department. The gentlemen helping at the front was very sweet but very old and the staff seemed unhappy/annoyed to assist him and gave me low confidence that the situation at hand was being resolved correctly. Unfortunately, I was not proven wrong and this situation in fact has escalated to a 3 month pending period of patience on my end; waiting & anticipating my product, being dissatisfied with it, and now waiting for my refund. This experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth with Ford. I'm not sure who's fault this is but I would not recommend purchasing anything from Ford Accessories. When I first inquired about my part I was told by one of their employers that "they have no incentive to deliver my package because they don't make money from it"....he shrugged his shoulders as if to say.. "you might be out of luck here"...This only heightened my anxiety about tracking my order which is what prompted me into checking in on it about a month out from purchase... Horrible experience"
