"This Home Depot is always busy when I visit,the store is always clean and most of what I'm looking for is available. I would like to see them make it to where getting keys cut is a simpler process. Compared to Lowes where it doesn't require any customer employee interaction. On this trip an employee who is skilled in key cutting was in the immediate area so there was no long wait."

"No open registers, just self checkout. Do NOT use Home Depot for hire contract work. They left half-inch gaps in my grandmother's new door and frame. They refused to correct the issue, stating the contractor was not their employee even though they assigned the contractor to install their door."
