"Our sales representative Faleni Santos was a delight. She answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable and unrushed to purchase. She had product knowledge that helped us appreciate the value of the item shown. However, as we entered on several occasions at this store, we were not greeted with a "good afternoon" or "welcome to Conns". Something so simple as a "Hi or "Hello" goes far for a customer once their acknowledged. Mrs. Santos earned our business on all visits, just wanted for her to receive the proper recognition. "The staff and everyone was attentive and friendly . Although the person who took care of me didn’t explain at all what my contract was . Instead of expanding that my contract was a 12 term base contract and that I needed to pay it off within the 90 days they were gonna to up charge me the fees and equipment charges . Nowhere was I informed before buying the products otherwise wouldn’t have took the offer . I have no other choice but to keep paying off my lease to own . In which I didn’t even want to get . Hopefully this can be prevent from the future customer . To be told before binding a contract ."
