"Gilbert was amazing and friendly. Changed my key fob battery in seconds. Highly recommend!"
"First experience here was okay. Used their tool rental program. The tools themselves were subpar. Lady there didn't know what was what. Second time around was for returning tool & to try & buy a new battery. Same lady was rude obnoxious condescending and downright dishonest. I had the old battery right there on the counter. When I attempted to purchase the new battery she said I still had to pay a core charge. I clarified that the battery right in front of both of us was mine. THATS the core. Then she sighed and said "you don't get it" walked me over to the shelf, mumbled a bunch of nonsense ultimately claiming the *price with core* is never applicable. A lot of these reps have loophole system hacks allowing them to pocket money by manipulating inventory and using cash payments and customer's AZ rewards.. I remember her emphasizing more than once that I didn't have to return the rental tool. (I don't need a slide hammer that often, much less for $110) Now she was trying to get a core charge of $35 from me. I wound up not buying anything and walked off w my old battery. That branch lost my business. Unbelievably stupid behavior. AutoZone oughta be embarrassed by this employee"
"This is a ghetto AutoZone and I for one won't be back after the way I was treated. I just asked a simple question that could have easily been looked up to confirm if I had the correct socket or not but instead the Employee tried to belittle me but I corrected him which caused him to be angry and try to move me to the back of the line after storming off. Customer Service apparently doesn't exist here"
"I had a feeling the man who helped us didn't know much about cars... so we stayed in the parking lot to change the item out, and we were so glad we did because my inner wishing was right...he selected the wrong part for the car... I know everyone needs a job, but for an establishment like this, the employee should have a little more knowledge or use YouTube like we had to figure it out. When trying to return it, the other employee was not going to let us return it because it was open until she learned that her work body picked the item...and we still had receipt and package...she said if we had picked it out ourselves we wasn't going to be able to exchange...smdh! Really!"
"I have been to this Autozone multiple times and whenever I am attended by Kieterica I. It's a horrible experience. She is extremely rude and unprofessional to the customers. How is it possible that Autozone has this type of peson working/representing them. Extremely disappointed by the customer service I have received by this woman and will be taking my business to O'Reilly's from now on. Someone should bring this to the managers attention before more customers take their business elsewhere."
