The Home Depot 2777 Katy Freeway Service Road, Houston, TX 77007

"We were happy with the pricing and selection of refrigerators. I give the Home Depot associate, Christian, 5 stars. When we made our purchase and set up delivery, we informed the sales person multiple times it was a second floor delivery. We watched him put the information in the system. Home Depot did not communicate this information to the delivery service. We prepared for the delivery as instructed. When the refrigerator arrived we were informed Home Depot had NOT COMMUNICATED WITH THE CARRIER IT WAS A SECOND FLOOR DELIVERY. THEY WERE UNABLE TO DELIVER AND INSTALL the new refrigerator. A two man team was sent when a 3 man team was required. We now must wait for redelivery with then proper team. We will not be purchasing any major appliances from Home Depot in the future."

"Loved this place. Pretty clean and organized. Remember to bring your wallet, they don't support tap to pay with your phone. I just moved in nearby and I'll be coming here often. Especially like the fact that it is nowhere near as crowded as the ones in the suburbs. The cashiers were very helpful. Garden center is awesome. Very nicely put together. This is the best Home Depot I've been in - hands down."

"This location is well organized, clean, and has plenty of helpful employees. The plant section is fully maintained. Every plant I've bought from here has survived. Yes, I prefer this Home Depot over the one on N. Loop W. Sorry to say what a dump that is."

"Great garden selection in spring 2023. Home Depots website and delivery, slow and with bad inventory on hand verification are so bad we just go into the store when it's close to another store we are already going to. This store is new nice and everyone is nice and helpful."
