"Rude. With predatory tactics. But Texas doesn't have laws to protect consumers from rent to owns that use these tactics. But California and a few other states actually have a lawsuit against Aaron's, RAC and a few other places behind these "predatory" practices. Tes things have been tough but in the end, I just returned the item. It's better fir all parties involved."

"The customer service here is really terrible as managers and customer service people you should be ready to help us with wtv questions that we have and answering the phones like this your personal phone is crazy and not trying to help the customer’s to get the delivery is trash i literally ordered something from them and it’s supposed to be nexts day delivery it’s been 4 days no call to see if I can’t get the order the communication here is trash when you call to get a set delivery and time the managers just idk your telling me I can’t know the delivery and time my order gets to my house be for real I would never do business with this location ever again get back managers"

"Extremely rude customer service from the manager Gina. I am a first time customer, had questions about the dryer they were delivering to me because it had scratches on it & was already unboxed when it arrived, also had water splashes on the back of it…I ordered a new one so of course I was concerned. I asked her about it & she was so rude to me instead of trying to either discount it for being scratched up or order me a new one. Also, the attachments weren’t in the truck so it couldn’t be hooked up & I let her know.. she proceeded to tell me that it’s the drivers fault. The drivers that hooked up the washer & fridge were great! Very nice & accommodating … but the manager was so rude to me & talked over me the whole time via phone call. I don’t recommend this store because of her. Who talks to their customers that way because of a concern!"

"I gave them two stars because they won't help me with my tv after it's paid off. My tv shows a blank screen. It all started with a line right down the middle of my tv. Then it started to show one half black and white, and the other color. I put up with it for a week. Then all of a sudden the screen goes blank. It will not show a picture or make a sound. The only thing that you can see is the red light on the left lower corner."
