"Spouse was in town and replaced windshield wipers because it would be raining on her drive back to Dallas. Otherwise, I would have changed them myself when she got back. Wipers were installed incorrectly and snapped against the windshield, causing it to crack. Called the staff immediately and was told I'd receive a call back. Wasn't expecting them to pay for an entire windshield (which we now have to do because the crack is getting bigger) but they didn't even bother to follow up for their fault."
