"Our TV went out only after 1 year 11 months. Our friend got it under her name for a wedding gift and we paid it off. They came to service the TV but the part isn’t available anymore so we are to get an exchange. I called and the manager said to have my friend call customer service to have my name added to the account so I can complete the exchange. She does that, and then apparently customer service didn’t do it right. But then the manager tells me that I would still need my friend to come up there in person even though she isn’t able to due to being in the hospital. What was the point of my friend trying to get my name on the account if she would still need to go up there?! So we spent money on a 70” TV just to go into the trash and didn’t even last 2 years. My friend can’t even walk and the manager just kept saying she understood but she would still need to go up there in person. I don’t see how she understands if she is wanting a woman to walk that can’t walk now and is in the hospital due to an infection from the surgery. Just go to Walmart and get a TV when they got Black Friday or cyber Monday sales."
