"Jacob was great help in finding a new bed and getting me approved for financing on a new purple mattress."
"You know the employees here are swarming people walking in like vultures. There was an incident with my vehicle and I walked outside and one of the employees said omg im sorry but everytime you stand by the door it opens and it makes it appear as a customer is coming in and it keeps count of it could you like not do that. What a stressful place to work for. This company definitely needs to reframe how it treats its employees. Honestly, I have no idea how they are still in business. Don't go here!"
"They shouldn’t even get one star. Ordering and then picking up something as simple as a water filter for a refrigerator that we bought at Conn’s should have been a simple process. My husband spent close to 45 minutes placing his order over the phone for this filter. For some reason, the woman he was talking to could never find the original order of our refrigerator to match the correct water filter order number and he subsequently had to talk to two other woman to achieve this task. They finally found the correct one and described it to my husband. At the end of the phone call, it was agreed upon that the water filter would have his name on it, and I would pick it up and pay for it. Little did I know that was the easy part. I walked into Conn’s thinking the water filter would be held off to the side, and I would easily pick it up and pay for it. Oh no. Instead I was barraged by two of the salespeople who said that I couldn’t pick up anything without some emailed order slip with a bar code. They didn’t even let me finish my sentence. What kind of customer service greeting was that? What ever happened to “Good morning, welcome to Conn’s. How can we help you?” One of the salespeople, Emanuel Espen showed me that there was no record, and then asked me to come choose a water filter, like I was supposed to know the correct one. Then Rogelio Velasquez got into the act. His shirt said he was a Manager, he didn’t give me the confidence of a Manager, and as it turned out, Chris, the real Manager wasn’t there. Rogelio really wasn’t much better, but with some sleight of hand magic, after close to a half hour, the correct water filter did appear! Then it was another 15 minutes trying to ring it up, and that was after I had given Emanuel my phone number three times. I never did understand the difficulty they had in ringing up this precious water filter The visit and something that should’ve taken a quick 5 minutes took 45 minutes. You could shoot a cannon through the store and not injure a soul. Most people are smart enough to stay away. Maybe other Conn’s aren’t the clown act this is, I don’t think I want to chance it!"
"Luna stole my cousins ID & the manager Nayeem keeps changing his story from “he checked the cameras” to “they’re not working”. They ran her credit with extra charges without consent. Be careful at this location!!!"
