"You can find all most anything you need for the in side of your house to make it enjoyable"
"I have paid off my washer and dryer and have 2 other accounts which has 2 payments left. The guys that come to your home decided to to place there paper stuck it on my doorbell camera and broke it after answering the door they snatch it off of lens and broke it and it was recorded. After speaking to Mr.Damon about it he was speechless.I reminded him all the money I have spent into Aaron's. He wasn't trying to hear that all he wants is money for product but not fixing my door bell camera. Very unprofessional staff & rude. Advise u to go spend your money else where."
"DeAndre Hooper delivered my furniture this afternoon from Aaron’s. He had excellent customer service, caring and very professional. The weather wasn’t the best. However my furniture was covered in plastic, a little wet but it’s okay. DeAndre and Toast assembled everything. Toast wasn’t talkative, but he did great. They were better than the previous guys that delivered. Happy Holidays, Aaron’s. Thanks, Tiffany."
"If it were possible to give a negative number I would gladly oblige. I called on April 6, 2023 to advise that I needed them to pick up a couch and love seat from my home. The woman that answered indicated that the soonest they had available to pick up would be April 11 after 4pm. I advised that would be fine. I received a call on April 11 from J indicating he was in the area before 4 and how long would it take for me to arrive. I gave him my eta and how to get inside my complex. Upon my arrival I took the 2 delivery men to my apartment where they picked up the loveseat and sofa. I walked downstairs to hold the door and bring the pillows. I signed my paperwork and came back to my apartment. On April 14, 2023, I received an email indicating that my EZ Payment was deducted for $190.92 from my Navy Federal account. I called immediately to determine what was wrong. I was advised that my account was not closed out as it was supposed to had been and that they would submit for a refund. The woman did not indicate that the entire amount would need to be refunded first along with the account being closed so that a new account for just the television to be created and setup for autopay. I called a total of 5 times before I finally spoke to a manager (Damon) after being told all 5 times that my money would be refunded back into my account in 3-5 business days. As of today it has been 13 days the payment has been made and no refund. The store indicates that they have refunded the money on their part but no evidence of such. On Monday, April 24, 2023 I spoke with Damon who indicated he needs something from the bank indicating (a statement) that the money was taken and not refunded. I called Navy Federal and did my due diligence where a document was sent that he claims he could never open. However, not until the store called today, 4/27/23 to indicate they need payment for the television was I alerted of this. Then when I finally talk to Damon today, I receive notification he has been out of the office and the IT/Treasury Department needs a statement. Basically a repeat from our last conversation on Monday that was sent already. When indicating my frustration of the store's lack of due diligence, Damon becomes frustrated and tells me "look". Now we are at a lack of professionalism as well. If you have to rent, do yourself a favor and skip this location."
"This place is TERRIBLE customer service since i moved to Houston the customer service has been 0/10. someone at this office called gave me a delivery time just for my things to not be delivered. if you knew my things weren’t delivered and was still on the truck, I should’ve gotten a phone call before 7pm saying hey Ms.Felder my guys aren’t going to make it for the delivery, their communication skills are non existent .I wasn’t contacted by a manager to see how I can be accommodated or anything . I had to contact them the following day. I left my job drove all the way from the Woodlands to Southwest Houston to be there from 3 to 7 for the driver not to deliver my things, the next day I called and they say oh we can have it on the truck today. Unfortunately I don’t work on Aaron’s time. it’s so crazy. How are you guys once your payment on a timely manner, yet can’t follow through with a delivery time that you guys provided .I should’ve been contacted “Hey Ms. felder we’re not gonna be able to get your things delivered today. Can we set up another time for that’s convenient for you?Its simple Tiffany was the only helpful one. This whole staff needs to be replaced."
