"Just bought the stackable units for our yacht. Haven’t used them enough yet to comment, but i will say i have not seen this kind of customer service in a long time. Had a little issue with the control panel ( possibly due to Home Depot laying it in it side) and the tech department jumped right on it. They called me several times. When was the last time you a tech support reach out to you! Can’t say enough about how pleased I’ve been so far. Keep up the great work!"

"My wife and I live on board our boat. We have had a combo washer/dryer unit for the past 12 years. It finally died on us so we needed a new one. We chose this unit as it was a direct replacement for our old unit but had several features our previous unit didn’t have. We installed the new unit and all was great. After about 2 weeks of using it we had an issue with it not going from washing mode automatically to drying mode. The problem happened on a weekend. We sent an email to the service department. They responded first thing Monday morning. We sent the information that they requested about the problem, and almost immediately they sent confirmation of the parts to fix the problem were on the way and a repairman was contacted to come out and fix the problem. The parts arrived as they said and the repairman contacted me to setup a day and time to fix everything! Everyone was in constant contact with each other until the job was completed. Machine is working great! The repairman was great and very friendly. We really appreciate the fast customer service and we love the unit!!!"

"Bought my 5500 washer/dryer combo in June 5 months later the drum wouldn’t spin. Contacted customer service and they first had me take photos of the washer/dryer combo which had me concerned because I was thinking they were trying to find an excuse not to honor the warranty. He told me not to worry it was just protocol. How he knew to send the 2 parts by just viewing the photos I sent is beyond me. With that said, I’m happy with the customer service. He was friendly and I’m very happy with my washer/dryer combo."

"First my washer started leaking from the detergent drawer and they told me to jack up the front legs to tilt it back. And I disagreed and didn’t want to but did anyways. After doing laundry with it like that it totally failed. With error code E5 they sent a guy who replaced the motor and the detergent drawer and the mother board. Couldn’t figure out any problem. Still with error code. They send me a new washer. After telling me I must remove the other one myself and install the new one. The new one gets here and during install open the washer to get the box with information and it’s all black molded and wet. This whole experience has been awful on top of all this. They are telling me I only have the short amount of remaining warranty from the prior machine on the new machine. I am considering an attorney to get my money back these machines don’t last. First one wasn’t even half a year old. Pics below are the new machine with mold."
