"I wanted to return a CPU that I bought 3 days ago because I found a better deal at Microcenter. The employee was hesitant and called for the manager, Jimmy. They both refused my return because the item is now suspicious. It is brand new and sealed. The clerk told me to contact online to make a return. I have wasted my time and need to go through online CS to process a shipping label. What should of been a free return is now to drop it off at a UPS store but pay for box and packaging. So much for store policy. If it was a risk to stock these items, why do it? Profiling?"

"When I visited this place today, I was quite impressed with the manager's outstanding service. They took a professional, sympathetic, and understanding stance. They were quite skilled in handling the problem and listened intently to my worries. This caliber of service is uncommon and much valued. "Bought a stove here that the description said, “excellent condition” open box item, when we came to pick it up this stove had been used and returned, had a dent on one side and dirty at the most this stove should have been described as used with damages. We automatically got a refund."

"Called to make an incident report on one of the geek squad drivers after almost getting t-boned in traffic from them jumping into ongoing traffic to make a turn. I couldn’t not speak with management and after one of the employees finds out what I’m calling about instead of at least acknowledging they would handle the situation the employees decided to circle my call. This is horrible for drivers to drive recklessly putting others lives at risk to get somewhere says a lot about BEST BUY"

"Thankful for Best Buy management for saving me time,money,and my little brother! Word to the wise if you have someone purchase any item for you at any Best Buy make sure they give you your receipt or give there phone number. That will save you hard times and heartaches! I was lucky that the young lady who was apart of the management team and very pro efficient and knowledgeable was able to find my brothers purchase he made for me and returned an item that I did not need. I received store credit and was able to make the purchases i actually needed. And that’s after I had visited 3 Best Buy before that. All but this one told me there was nothing they can do. I believe the Manager at this location was Ramona. I will find out her name and updated this post later."
