"I appreciate the convenience of being able to get my work computer with minimal money down but I tried to change my payments to every two weeks, hector said I had to pay two weeks in advance, so I did & had no problem doing so but then I noticed I was still getting charged weekly and not bi weekly so I called hector and he said I needed to pay two weeks in advance again"

Got approved online, paid a down payment, sent in all documents and come to the delivery day I'm told they can't approve my account because all of my family is deceased and I have no one to use as a reference. Why set a delivery date if you didn't verify information before hand?"

"I went into the store at 4:30 Hector started off attentive until his drivers came in. At which point they went in and out of the office discussing. They’re personal accounts and getting them paid and caught up. I sat waiting as I found another another sectional because the one I ordered came in incorrect.( issue with the pillows). I chose another one and waited as Hector and the other employees discussed running errands and their time and when they would clock out. The customer service was the worst to say the least. I left work to get there only to accomplish nothing."
