"I honestly don’t leave many reviews, but this place should be recognized by other people. I purchased two OE parts at a very very reasonable cost and I didn’t even mind driving 45 minutes away to come pick them up. He confirmed with me on the phone they were there, and as soon as I pulled up, sure enough, he had them ready. Then I asked him about some terminals to rewire, and he ended up giving them to me for free. Definitely will be coming back for future needs."

"Won’t be doing business with MV appliance parts anymore. Pics below of Part they sold me(aftermarket) vs. OEM. I’ve replaced hundreds of these so it stuck out like a sore thumb. Such a shame, I was looking forward to doing a lot of business with them in the future for my repair company, but when I asked about it being an OEM part I was lied to straight to my face, I already knew the answer when I asked by the way. Just because you stick a little sticker with an OEM part number doesn’t make it OEM. It’s not even in a whirlpool certified and sealed box. If you want to sell aftermarket parts thats fine, but at least be honest about it and don’t sell twice for what your competitors sell OEM for. Stick to reliable parts."
