"I bought an $1800 double oven weeks ago that shipped from Dallas. It still hasn't been delivered despite being told at least 3 different times (by Angel or his wife) a new different date that it would arrive. I call and rarely get anyone on the phone. I was given a cell number to call, and no one has ever responded to texts or calls I send. Angel, I need my oven or my money back."

"This store is a ripoff. I purchased a refrigerator from them and they told me it was new.They explained that it had been sitting in their warehouse and that is why it ,,was dusty and had a couple of small dents but assured me it was new working refrigerator. From the moment they delivered it the refrigerator never worked. I have called, emailed and texted them for 3 months trying to resolve the problem and they have ignored me completely. They refuse to reply to me and so I am not stuck with a refrigerator that cost me $2000.00 and is completely useless. I have a warranty on the refrigerator but it is no good if they refuse to honor their refund and warranty policy. They are crooks and are running a scam. So unless you feel like throwing money down the drain don't buy anything from this sleazy store!!"

"Purchased a refrigerator through their website and spoke with the owner on the phone to confirm the item was in stock. Spent a week trying to get a hold of someone at the store after I had coordinated an LTL company to ship the item. When I finally got someone on the phone they told me the item was no longer available due to a flood at one of their locations and that their owner couldn’t speak with me because he didn’t speak very good English (not true). I rarely take the time to leave reviews but this company treats their customers like garbage. Save yourself the stress and buy elsewhere."
