"I haven’t had many experiences in Walmart where I felt like a true valued and respected customer but Ms Janis in customer service really went above and beyond the call of duty . In today’s world , you really just don’t see genuine customer service like this anymore . She was really a breath of fresh of air & deserves her flowers !"
"They give alcohol anyone that don't have a id, and if you mom will show there id. I guess she had a green card, the girl just let it go, because she was hidden the beer, and the person paid . I guess it should go to TABC. I guess Walmart don't care and no manager. I will talk to the TABC."
"A few weeks ago we visited this location. As we were checking out my son made a noise and I looked back at him. He told me he just got a shock. I thought it was a static shock but he said it was really bad. He told me he touched the beverage cooler next to the self checkout. Because I wanted to see what happened I touched it as well. Nothing happened. But when I touched self checkout at the same time I got a massive shock. I reported the incident to the store manager and was given an incident number and a number to call for follow-up. While we were talking to the manager he called a maintenance person who determined that the self checkout was not properly grounded. I tried calling the store the next day, but was put on hold and was never picked up. I called the number provided to get an update (I wanted to make sure remediation was completed and to be able to my son it was fixed.) When I called the number provided they opened a claim and someone called me a few days later. The person who called me questioned me in a way that made me feel like she was trying to say i did it all on purpose. Sure enough she called a few days later and said there was no claim because it was clear on the video that I was trying to get shocked. (I did miss 2 days of work as the shock triggered a migraine.) But she was adamant that I did it on purpose so they had not responsibility on it. I asked what about the shock that my son got . . . That was really what my beef was. Then she called again after a few days and said that my son had no claim because he didn't get medical attention. (We did do a televist after but apparently that didn't count.) I was not looking for a payout on this. I was looking for assurance that the issue was remediated and an apology. The corporate person that called told me that was not her job. That if I really wanted that I would not have filed a claim. But that was the only path I was given. I asked her if the issue had been corrected. She said that was not her job. I asked if the store had ensured other units were not improperly wired like this one was. She said that was not her job. She told me if I wanted an apology I should call someone else. Be careful when going to this Walmart. You might get a shock. I have not been able to find out if the issue was remediated or if the other unites were checked to see if they were similarly wired incorrectly. And don't expect an apology if your kid gets 120v sent through them through no fault of their own."
"DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR A FLAT TIRE REPAIR!!! Dude at the auto counter that had glasses and sounded congested said to take my car to any bay and get a ticket. The wait time was 2 1/2 hour!! For a flat tire fix. As you can see in the photo they were very busy ... Never come here for auto needs"
