"This Tom Thumb is always my favorite place to go for grocery shopping. The price is little costlier than Kroger however the grocery and produce items are always fresh & in stock. The staff is courteous and store is organized neatly. There is ample free parking outside and store remains open till late night. The bakery section keeps nice decorated cakes and all the isles are stacked properly."

"The Tom Thumb pharmacy is severely understaffed. The drive through seems to be closed consistently with a hand made cardboard sign the last few times I've tried to use it. My wife usually needs to call to ensure they've received and are filling our prescriptions and the waits inside are super frustrating. Kimia is great. She has always been empathetic and friendly and is a bright spot in a slow situation. The Walgreens across the street is a nightmare so this is the most convenient option but not happy about it. Really hope this becomes an area of improvement. Beginning of 2023, the pharmacy was great. It has declined since."

"Tom Thumb Pharmacy at this location is so slow and disorganized. It takes forever to pick up your prescription and I'm shocked that there are not more complaints about it. On several occasions there is only one car in front of me at the drive through and sometimes the wait is 20 minutes or more. When you go inside to fill your prescription, it's not better. The turnover seems to be a problem. I don't know what they would do without Leslie. She is wonderful and so professional, kind, efficient, knowledgeable and accomodating. It also appears to be short handed constantly. If it were not so convenient for us, we would switch in a heartbeat but the Walgreens across the street is an even bigger nightmare. Please make this situation a priority and get it fixed."

"Nice store. They always have what I am looking for in stock. Baked chicken from the deli is what I always come for. Starbucks is great too! Never a wrong coffee order. Checking out is fast and easy."

"Popped in today to pick up flowers for a loved one and decided to peruse the store more than I usually would. Found all kinds of wonderful goodies like cookies and candy bars I had never seen before, a huge selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, including the pre-cut and ready to use kind if you need to save time on a recipe. Using the self check out was easy and quick because they had several spots to check out, and of course employee assisted check out lanes were also available. I enjoy shopping here, and would recommend it."
