"This place is an absolute joke. I ordered Samsung Pro 2 True earbuds for my wife as a birthday gift. I decided to have them shipped instead of doing an in store pickup. For some reason, I was shipped the wrong pair. I paid $240 for new unopen earbuds in black. Best Buy shipped me a used pair of refurbished white earbuds. And they were the cheapest brand samsung makes. I immediately jumped in my car and went to return them and hopefully get what I paid for, but they refused to give me a refund, return, or exchange. Provided them with my phone number so they could see proof of purchase in their system. All they would tell me is that I needed to call customer service, and they could not help although I ordered them from their store. I called customer service from the store. Customer service said she did not understand why they would not just do the return in store. After about thirty minutes of trying to get some resolution, I was told I had to leave the store. Then some guy walks up and never gives his name, saying that he was the store manager. This person literally told me he would call the police if I did not leave the store. Words can not explain how hurt and disappointed I was. I could never bring myself to purchase from Best Buy again."

These three gentlemen spent a lot of time with me sharing their great expertise fully aware that my house is not even in Texas. So they knew no Commision was involved but they helped me anyways. And the info they provided was invaluable. That says a lot not only about these 3 guys but about Best Buy and who they hire. Excellent !"

"I recently made a significant purchase of appliances from Best Buy, and it has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I wish I could give them zero stars! First and foremost, the delivery process was a complete disaster. After waiting patiently for two months, I was repeatedly met with delays. They missed their delivery appointments, leaving me to take time off work and stay home, only to tell me at the last minute that my items weren’t even in stock. This is inexcusable and shows a severe lack of management. The worst part of this ordeal was my gas appliance order. I waited a month for it to arrive, and they missed the delivery appointment FOUR times. I had to personally visit the store and speak to the manager, who promised a resolution. However, their appointment tracking and communication were abysmal. It’s unacceptable to leave a customer without essential appliances for weeks on end. I’ve had it with Best Buy’s lack of professionalism and customer service. This entire experience has been a nightmare, and I will never purchase anything from them again. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere. Best Buy has lost a once-loyal customer due to their incompetence."
