After looking at all the options with my salesman, Caleb, we reviewed all the options we had and settled on the Maui 10 grill station and island combo. Going home for final measurents to make sure we are good to go but plan on headed back this week to finalize and order our new grill station!! "This a buyer beware. Don’t stand behind their product or what they sell. We purchased a tiki hut bar and grill cooking area. The product looks very nice in the show room. We asked how it stood up in weather and winds. They told us it’s built in Florida and sold all over the state including all the gulf shore states were hurricanes are most at risk. They stated the grill area and Tiki top could with stand hurricanes force wind to 80 plus mph. We went ahead and bought it and had it delivered. On delivery day 2 men arrived with the unit to assemble. They said it take about 4 to 5 hours from unloading to operational. 7 hours later they wasn’t completed and I had to help them put the top of the enclosed on due to the weight of it. I latterly was on top of it unfolding this 350 pound top. Once they did get to what they thought was completed they got in their truck and left with out showing us how things work. Long story short 3 days after it was built a thunderstorm blew up and tossed the thing into the back yard. The winds were recorded at 40 mph, no where near 80 mph as they told us it was design to with stand. We took pictures of what happened and called them the next day and they basically said sorry it is an all sales final deal. They said in the contract your supposed to take the top off durning storm, wind, hurricanes and so on! Please keep in mind it took 3 of us just to put it together. There is no way some can take it down before any whether and put it back afterwards. They won’t honor the grills not working properly and want to charge you a service call fee when it should be warranty or they send you directions on how to fix it your self."

"I had the pleasure of working with Derrick James at Paradise for our recent outdoor kitchen purchase. Derrick was extremely knowledgeable about the equipment, nor did he pressure sell or try to sell us anything we didn’t need. Due to our yard configuration, our set up is on the smaller side but if I did another backyard oasis, would probably contact paradise first. The purchasing process was easy, and the equipment was delivered and installed in a timely fashion. The installers did an excellent job, and I could not have been more pleased with the way everything turned out. You won’t regret the quality of Paradise grills!"
