"They started limiting “self-checkout hours” and now force everyone though ONE single open checkout line. 20+ person line just 20-30 minutes after store opening. For a store that needed MORE self-checkouts this new policy is pure garbage. It’s become quicker for me to drive to Plano Walmart where I can actually checkout on my own and not wait in a 20 minute line when I have 1 item."

"I recently had a disappointing visit where I encountered multiple issues. Firstly, I noticed several expired products on the shelves, which is concerning for a store's reputation. Additionally, the self-checkout experience was marred by long lines, causing unnecessary delays. Improvement is needed to ensure a more pleasant shopping experience for customers."

"What a terrible customer service experience. Gabriella was putting things back on shelves. I asked her for some help finding B52 because I could t seem to find the isle. Instead of walking me to the isle she proceeds to just point to where I already was. Clearly I needed help. Went and spoke to the manager and seemed to focused on showing me where the isle is. He was missing the point. What’s the point of having staff if they aren’t going to help customers. Not coming back here."
