"I went in to find a small metal piece. I did attemt to find the piece myself hut couldnt. I looked for someine to help me but couls find anyone. I went to customer service and they called for someone told help me over the intercom. No one came. I went back to customer service...she called someone again. No one came. I left without getting any help or the piece I need. I will go to Lowe's maybe they will have better customer service."
