"Customer service was none existent. Went in to buy a phone and the guy was just trying to up sale us at every corner. Asked questions and he had no answers. Felt rushed out the door, didn’t offer to apply my screen protector(one up sale he didn’t offer). I then went to look at speakers and no one helped at all. Went to checkout and another associate looked like he had walked in off the street. Had a fanny pack thrown over his shoulder. I guess uniforms no longer exist? He scanned my item and it rang up at the wrong price and I went to show him but he just wanted to argue and berate me. I settle for a different product and the boy had such poor customer service experience that he didn’t even attempt to make the situation better. The whole experience was disappointing. Save yourself the time and shop online, all of their associates don’t know what they’re talking about and don’t want to even be there. Avoid this location at all costs."

"Another best buy with limited stock on some items and other items are just older or outdated. Go pro section is very limited. Noone seemed to be around looking for customers to help, so I figured I'd look for someone; in the end, I ended up leaving with nothing to buy."

I'm so thankful he took the time to answer my questions in a way I could understand. Which isn't easy since I'm not a computer person."

"I had a pretty good shopping experience. Was looking for a bluetooth speaker under $25.00 for a work gift exchange. I asked a cashier customer service representative who pointed to the area and said, "there...in the middle." Ugggh! Thanks for NOT helping! After a minute of perusing, I asked another guy who looked like he worked there, to help me find something under $25.00. He found me an iHome multi-colored speaker for $24.99. It was the very last one! I was happy!"

"Extremely disappointed with the quality of service at this location. I came to pick up my 15 pro and I had an Amazon screen protector I had bought. There's a disclaimer that certain bubbles will be on the glass or some smudging minor details. But this is just egregious and shows they truly didn't care and were happy to ruin a screen protector if it wasn't bought in store. All this after waiting an hour for them to do it since I figured I pay my 200+ a year in total tech. Definitely gonna cancel that. Lesson learned do not come to this Best Buy go to any one of the other better staffed locations."
