"Auto Center Pro: The option of booking an appointment. Great customer service Affordable tires and service Online tracker Con: Wait time I booked an appt for 12pm I arrived between 11-11:15am with the new tires in tow as I ordered them from Walmart and had them delivered to my home. I arrived early to wait my turn and I was able to get in the line quickly. From what I could see I was the only one in the tire line but there were two long lines for the lube side. I asked a tech that was moving a vehicle and walking back if I was in the right line and let him know I had an appt. He asked me to pull up and stated he would check on my appt. As soon as he walked away another tech came to my vehicle. The tech inspected my vehicle and checked my vehicle in at 11:23am. He was very nice and was sweet with my dog. They didn’t start servicing my vehicle until 12:23pm an hour later. One tech gave me an update at 1:07pm stating they needed to balance the tires and after that they would start installation. Two hours later I have new tires. The tech apologized for the wait and explained the delay. Check out process was a breeze. I definitely recommend this location but be sure to have the time to wait because regardless of an appointment the wait is long as they will service other vehicles that are waiting for lube services before tire services."

"worst walmart there is they used to have better employees i have no idea what kind of people they are hiring now a days. they closed the money center said 30 minutes been standing here for 1 hour and 15 waiting just to get an explanation of we have no staff and they are taking longer lunches and we cant control that. yet we keep seeing employees walking around ok their cellphones and and walking around with drinks in their hands talking and laughing. Seriously can we get the good employees back l."

"Went here yday and they literally argued me down over a installment service that i already paid for, that they claimed didn't exist. Now I've to go today smh. Learn your job. WALMART employees lmaoooo. Also took them 2 hours to put on 4 tires go to a real mechanic don't waste your time here SMH."
