"I went in at a later part of the night and was looking for a part that not a single staff member knew what I was talking about. One staff member shuffled me to another staff and to another. I was giving the location and the name of the part as descriptive as I possibly could. Well even though I don't think they completely understood what it was I needed it didn't stop them from trying there hardest to help me. I ended up leaving empty handed, but that was fine 100% of there attention and effort was put into trying to get me what I needed and I really do appreciate it. Thanks guys!"
