"If I could rate them minus 5, I would. I've been waiting on parts that I ordered since a week before Christmas and still no word. I've called religiously for months , 3 to 4 times a week, some weeks. I always get their manager Saul telling me that their supply house hasn't gotten them the parts and never get an ETA. I've asked him continuously to call me back with an update he always says he will call back and not once has he ever followed through with that promise. I've received no apologies, no proposed Solutions, and today when I spoke to him , I said "so is there any kind of ETA I was told 2 weeks ago that they would be finally be here in 2 weeks". He says " well they were supposed to be here 2 months ago". No I'm sorry , no let me find out what's going on. I finally asked if he would just send me the part numbers ,so I could find them through someone else. He said "I will get right on that" and of course, just like dozens of instances before ,he never did. It's so frustrating I understand that there are problems going on in the supply chain for everyone right now. I understand that we've been dealing with covid ,but continuously telling someone you're going to check on something and that you will call them right back, then never calling them back is not professional or acceptable. This company needs to learn some customer relations and common courtesy."
