"The employees at this store are great! They always exceed the customer service of any other Auto Parts Store by far! I came by the other day just needing some help with a license plate light issue and Damien was super helpful and with a great attitude got me fixed up. He even came out to my truck to see exactly what I needed! I ended up buying a few other things as well. There are other Auto Part stores closer to where I live but, I will gladly drive here for the much better good old fashioned customer service! Trust me, once you shop here once, this will be your go place for Auto Parts and great service!"

"The guy at the register wasn't informative and pretended to be too busy to even deal with me. I went to the Coppell location; got everything I needed no issue at all. Poor customer service."
"Zero stars. Buyer beware they will do what ever they can not to honor their battery warranty. I bought a battery and it died leaving me stranded. It was within the 18 month free replacement period. They said it needed charged and would be fine. Two weeks later battery died again and I'm stranded again! Took it to the Lewisville location an they replaced it no questions asked. I will not use them anymore."
