"Decided to use PHI after meeting with the owners son for a new quote, he really was knowledgeable about the system and was able to guide us to pick our new unit. They were a bit more expensive than the competitor, but made us feel comfortable spending the extra amount for the better product and better warranty. There have been a few things pop up with the new install, but they have been very attentive and come out quickly every time we've needed them."

Got the call back and schedule a same day appointment for a few hours later. The technician Chris was very prompt and polite. He was very knowledgeable of the maintenance required and was able to get educate me on how i might be able to resolve the issue myself in the future. Will definitely use their services again."
