"Got treated like I was bothering them. I've got an account with them. I think I'll probably NOT use them any more so that they're no longer inconvenienced by my need for materials for my customers. BTW.. Early afternoon, Thursday 8.26.21. The kid was alright. The older guy apparently did not appreciate the fact that I needed him to look something up for me, as if he had evvery item in the store memorized. That's pretty good. I won't be back."
"Rude and unhelpful staff. I specifically sought out this business because I heard they have excellent customer service. When I walked in there were 3 people behind the desk and nobody else in the store. Nobody asked me if I needed anything or bothered to engage with me in any way. After approaching and asking for what I was looking for, the only response I got was “nope”. No effort to tell me where I might find the product, or to attempt to say they could order it, nothing. Just “nope”. All I needed was a simple adapter from one style plug to another; something that you would think an electrical supply company would have or at least know where to get. “Nope.” Do I recommend this company or this location for your electrical supply needs? Nope."
