"One of the items I bought was defective and the other failed after a few light uses in less than three weeks- I understand these things happen and it isn’t the store locations fault. But- I went to this location to return them and they were unable to look up the receipt by phone number. The employee Kamryn was condescending and repeated himself when I asked a question about looking up the receipt. He said they were looking it up but instead used my driver’s license to do the return. I won’t be back to this location, and I honestly doubt I will shop at AutoZone anymore."
