"My dog gets super anxious at the vet normally. There was nothing wrong with our old vet, but I decided to give this place a try when I saw they try to be “Fear Free”. During our visit it was the most calm I have even seen my dog at the vet. They have couches he can sit on, toys he could play with, and peanut butter he could lick throughout the exam. I forgot I was at a vets office at one point and I think he did too. Not only that but the service was incredible! They really made sure to take the time to listen, answer questions and give advise… We will be back!"

"Our pets are a part of our family (even the cat, ugh). Dr. Mercer and the team at PetVet365 understand that completely. Other veterinarian offices just don't seem "right." Cold, bare rooms. Rushed visits. Transactional conversations. At PetVet365, the rooms are cute, with no scary metal table for my animals to slip around on while the doctor pokes on them and looks at their teeth. With their bright colors, comfy chairs, cute rugs, and toys, my animals felt so comfortable they walked around, tails wagging. (Even the cat wasn't a total menace.) The staff is so friendly and caring, and took the time to love up my animals. I felt like they got to know them (and me), and were really thoughtful about their care. Prices are reasonable, and there's a monthly plan that helps manage many of those surprises that pop up, like when your golden doodle eats a sock. GREAT addition to Hamilton County--HIGHLY recommend!"
