"Great to have Dollar Tree in Carmel location, but they often need more cashiers during busy afternoons or evenings. I order bulk items there online for local food pantry. Best to pick up online orders in the morning or early afternoon on weekdays with friendly, younger manager before it gets too busy. But always wait one day after you get the email (saying shipment has arrived), until they have chance to load boxes off truck and get it organized, it may not be available on the day you get email saying it has arrived. The older manager on evening shift has less workers on duty and is less enthusiastic in helping you retrieve your online shipment orders. I should add that the woman cashier currently working there on weekday mornings is super friendly and deserves 5 stars for her customer focused attitude."

"Ordered plates online, they arrived broken and missing, 3 weeks late. Terrible customer service. Manager completely MIA. Employees too lazy to look for the order, told me it was not there, despite receiving an email it was ready for pick up, without even asking me what my order number was or when I ordered it. Phone number listed for the store doesn't work."

"There is a cashier there that is so sweet and kind! My daughter loves going to his line. He always puts a smile on her face! The store is always neat and clean as well!"
