"This is the nicest grocery store that you've ever been to. But: • It's pricey • It's missing basic items like vitamin water, margarine, mouth wash, body wash, gluten free waffles, and pre packaged deli meat (they'll slice it for you but there's a limited selection and it takes forever even after you find the person to do it). • They have one grocery cart corral that's further away than you normally have to walk. • Lots of choices of coffee, but very few are Free Trade as you would expect in an upscale grocery store like this. • They have an area where you can scoop snacks into a bag, but they're out of bags and there's no market to mark the bag so you just have to remember the code of what you got. Update: You replied "We would really like your feedback on what we can do to improve and to earn those extra stars". I think my feedback is in my review. If you want more feedback than that, please provide a method other than updating this review."

"Pushy butcher. Wasn't really sure what I wanted, and the options for steaks didn't look amazing. I guess I was taking too long as the guy picked three for me and rang them up without any of my input, then ran away to the back. I still bought them out of the sheer awkwardness, so egg on my face, I guess. I'll still go here but avoid that guy for sure."

"This is a lovely grocery store. They have a gorgeous selection. The fish monger asked if I wanted ice for my shrimp, which I appreciated. The cashier, Lori, asked me if I had found everything. When I said I had difficulty finding protein powder, she walked me over to the section to check. She even helped me work on setting up a loyalty program. The meat/seafood selection looked of good quality, as was their produce section. I can find items here I can't otherwise."
