"This place knows how to cut poodles and doodles. I drove 35 minutes based on a good review from a friend to drop off my toy poodle and mini doodle and they did an amazing job. Not to mention, they were nice and gentle w my dogs and I’m assuming all dogs. Will be returning here! Yes, it’s pricey but it’s worth it!"

"I went to get my new puppy (5 mos) groomed. I asked for him to get a haircut and wash and nail cut. They essentially washed him and gave him back to me and charged $45+tax. Really friendly cockapoo pup, and I had to take him to another groomer to get him groomed. Would not recommend for younger dogs. In terms of service, if they would've told me they took nothing off or acknowledged any issues, may have felt diff. But, to charge and say nothing is not good service."

"This place is amazing. I have had a groomer in my previous town for more than 16 years. Canine Cloud 9 even surpassed her. Chucky's a Wooly Siberian Husky and Cloud 9 did amazing job on his coat. A week later and he is still soft and smells wonderful. The blow out and brush left very little fly away hair. Unlike previous groomer where hair flew all over the car after picking him up. Not the least expensive place he has ever been BUT they are definitely worth the cost. We have definitely found our new Groomer here in Indiana. Thank you so much."

"I've never had a problem here with my dog. She is a Siberian Husky that gets the royal, as in de-shedding, treatment. I normally buy her the dried chicken feet that they sell...it's like crack for dogs! Not the cheapest, but the staff are kind and do a great job. Also, they normally open at 0900, but grooming appointments start as early as 0800. Usually takes a couple hours from the time you drop off to the time you pick up."
