"I was really a burden on this facility. They (nurse practitioner) misdiagnosed me of having 2 dx I’ve never had and still don’t have. They have that I weighed 184/6. I’ve never in my life weighed 184/6(need my medical records)? I had really bad nausea and all they did was prescribe sleeping pills and promethazine although I was unable to keep fluid or food down. I have a bag full of medication I took with no direction and I had a bladder infection the dr never followed up on. I carried my baby with no heartbeat for a total of 4 weeks, confirmed by ultrasound for 3 weeks in the ER( staff would not schedule me a 1-2 day followup per discharge summary due to being overbooked and tried to cancel my appt to see the NP leaving me the only option to see the Dr July 10th) The doctor took it serious 3 weeks later and our first time meeting her was the day we had to go over options to remove baby and tissue tissue(very hard mentally, emotionally, and spiritually to do). I’m still having complications, passed out due to bleeding too much and passing huge blood clots the size of 2 fist, still no help from this facility even after reaching out. Thank God for my fiancé, kids, family, EMT, IU nurses and doctors, saved me literally! I literally lost consciousness and when I gained consciousness, I was sitting in a pool of blood with what look like a placenta in front of me(large mass) I still need answers as to why this facility misdiagnosed me with hypertension and diabetes when I have neither! I will be contacting my insurance company as well! On call dr should be fired! She said I wasn’t a priority to her even after I called with sharp pain after er confirmed baby had no heartbeat. I carried my baby with no bleeding or anything for 3 weeks without a heartbeat! They knew. My first time seeing the Dr was when she gave me options on how to remove the baby! I regret my decision of selecting this dr and facility. They deserve a zero! Update: Again, I want to sincerely thank God for my Fiancé, kids, family, IU entire team! They held my hand and took care of me during an emergency surgery. If it was not for them, I am really unsure of the outcome because my health was truly declining and pain was intensifying and blood was literally coming outta me like water! I am still here by the Grace of God! I needed this staff, team, and Ascension to know this. This facility caused me to lose my job but my insurance still stayed active, BUT GOD!"

"Dr. T. O’Neal is always so kind and compassionate. Never leaves any thing unaddressed. I never feel hurried and all of my questions and concerns are followed through if more attention is needed for example tests or bloodwork. I appreciate her professional but also approachable demeanor!"

"All of my appointments seemed rushed. They canceled an appointment without telling me. They only had one doctor in the office on the week on Christmas and canceled that appointment because she was too busy even after I told them I was in pain and had concerns. They're careless and unprofessional. It's my first pregnancy so I had a lot of questions and wanted to remember my experience. I ended up finding another doctor because I know my baby and I deserve better."

"Although my appointments get rescheduled a lot due to deliveries Dr. O'Neal is the best part of this practice. I do wish some of the staff expressed the same compassion and relaxed environment as she does. I won't change. She is an awesome OB/GYN."
