"Very upsetting, doctor was clueless to genetic results. Also referred my child to a doctor for a condition that he didn’t even have. It was worse with the genetic counselor. She was rude, and didn’t return messages at all. Very unprofessional . Had to go out of my way to the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital where the doctors and genetic counselor were very concerned about helping me with the genetic results of my child."

"I love Riley but this department is just awful. I have never been so frustrated and upset. The lack of communication is ridiculous. I have to call 10+ times to reach anyone and it takes weeks for a call back. My son had genetic testing done 6 months ago and we were supposed to have the results by 4 months. No one can give me an explanation on why we don’t have his results or where they even are. Very disappointed. We are just a number to these doctors and it seems like we are not being taken seriously."
