"Although Dr Brown has been AMAZING. Getting my pharmacy switched has been the worst experience in medicine I’ve experienced. The profound level of red tape and incompetence is defeating to someone who’s already skeptical of the system. I’m told 24-48 hours to push through updated pharmacies, yet im sitting here now, almost 4 days later, leading into a weekend, and Christmas on Monday, and still no update for controlled medication. The lack of transparency & excessive runaround’s makes me wish I stayed in the St Francis network. You all should be lucky you have an amazing NP like Liz, because community’s network has been inadequate minus her. Love you, Liz!"

"If you look through other reviews on here you will not be surprised that my one star experience (I would give 0 stars if I could) was caused by Dr. Itoro Okpokho. Dr.Okpokho overlooked an on going serious medical concern of mine for over 6 months. 2 years later, I finally got properly diagnosed at another office. I have since had serious complications because of her overlooking my symptoms, and undermining my complaints and obvious state of being unwell. I wish I could describe exactly what my diagnosis is but it is far too personal. Dr.Okpokho never took any of my concerns seriously and now I and many others have to deal with the consequences of her less than mediocre practice.Dr.Okpokho is not good for anything besides basic treatments & is not skilled with anything even close to complex matters. It took her over 6 months of me suffering to finally refer me to another specialist. Because of Dr.Okpokho, I was prescribed multiple medications including steroids that my body DID NOT NEED and I now have to suffer the consequences from this as well. Also, the attitude I have received from both Dr.Okpokho & the office ladies at the front is astounding. One of the ladies once told me that I’m coming in too often and should start going to Medcheck! The disrespect to both my body and time I have received here has burned any trust I have with doctors or the Indiana healthcare system as a whole. I suggest if you want to come here, do NOT choose Dr.Okpokho as your primary. You would genuinely be better off not receiving any help than going to her, & she is a step away from losing her medical license."

"I have always had a good experience with this office. That being said I do not go to the doctor very often as I tend to use natural and holistic remedies. Office staff has always been courteous the nurse is very friendly and the doctor makes me feel at ease."
