"All the staff I encountered was friendly. My doctor, however, seemed extremely rushed to get in and out and didn't listen to what I was telling him. He gave me some guesses about my back condition that I know are not accurate and wrote me a script. My back has been in severe pain for a week or so now, restricting my daily work and home activities. I haven't filled the script, because it was prescribed for something other than my actual condition."
"I love my knee doctors he save my knee and he is so nice to me"
"If you need to see a specialist go see Dr. Ongwijitwat (who I give 5 stars) and not Dr. Sieber (who I give 1 star because 0 is not an option) which is how I came to 3 stars. Dr. Sieber after 2 visits, spent a total of 10 minutes with me. Visit 1 was "x-ray looks fine get a MRI". Visit 2 was "go see an orthopedic specialist". Even though I was suggested to him as being an orthopedic specialist. He referred me to Dr. O, who listened to me, spent ample time with me and told me my options. Dr. Sieber than charged me 4 times as much as Dr. O even though he did nothing for me and just referred me."
"I see lots of reviews for how beautiful this hospital is and indeed it is a very nice facility with great, state of the art amenities. Did you ever wonder how they pay for that? My mother had 2 major surgeries in one week. In each case she was sent home too soon and while she was still sick from anesthesia. The last surgery - bladder surgery - was yesterday and she was sent home (before she could even relieve herself properly) and with a catheter in. The hospital did not send her meds and it should be noted that no one in our family knew how to care for her and her catheter. She was in incredible pain and within the first 2 hours being at home her catheter malfunctioned and fell out of her. We took her back to the hospital where she waited for 3 hours to be seen in the ER. No home health care discussion, no visit from social worker despite us sharing that her circumstances at home require her to car for her husband who is incapacitated from strokes. This is a clear example of just wanting to get paid and borderline negligence. It is your job to treat the whole person not just check the box and collect a check from Medicare ... Oh yes, I am aware that it is in a hospital's best interest to discharge quickly."
"I visit Comm Hosp North quite often. Their valet parking staff is to be given the highest form of praise for their service. Always smiling, happy to serve and quick regardless of the weather. Thanks to the VALET parking staff. I appreciate what they do. thank you."
