"All the people are very nice but there are a couple things that need to be taken care of like when you walk in the door there's three chairs if somebody comes in with a walker then there's no room it's right by the door and it's very cold second there's not enough people there working one lady has to do four things at one time which is which is not fair to the four people that she's working on plus folding clothes plus answering the phone plus making appointments plus working on people I have thought about going to another site I hope some of this can be resolved"
