"I really want to like this place because Rachel comes highly recommended, but not going to lie trying to schedule an appointment here is kind of a nightmare. Whoever is running the front desk keeps giving me the run around about checking back in next week, and that I should be on the next batch of people to get a call, but I never get a call for like a month and a half now of trying to patiently wait, with no responses to my emails checking in. I want to support this place based on my friend's advice, but it really feels like if you're on the waitlist they could bump you for pure forgetfulness or incompetence. It does also suck to be told the exact same thing like four times in a row about calling back a week later only for me to do that and not have any progress toward an appointment. To the response to this about me calling in again, no thank you! Been there done that. The next time I hear from y'all I hope it is YOU calling ME to tell me you have an appointment ready."

She really, really cares about her patients, and advocates for what's best for them when insurance companies try to deny medications or etc. I've had nothing but good experiences with her and with the staff that help with Spravato. You'll be in good hands here if you decide to become one of her patients."

"I cannot praise this practice enough! Sonya and Rachael are nothing short of angels! I have been under psychiatric care for 36 years and have always, at every point in my life, seen the best of the best (based upon where I lived, of course). Never, EVER, in my life have I experienced the level of genuine care and concern that I receive from Indy Behavioral Health. Sonya and Rachael have literally changed my life and Cheryl is always one of the sweetest people to deal with any time I have to call, or she calls me. At my last appointment, I met a new employee named Teresa (I think?) and, though she told me she’s only been there for two weeks, the way she interacted with me gives me the feeling that she will likely provide the same compassionate care I’ve received thus far. The level of concern at this practice even goes beyond the things for which they treat me—I have recently been extremely ill with a bacterial infection and have received a phone call and/or e-mail almost daily from Sonya, Rachael, and Cheryl checking in on me to make sure that I’m ok, despite the fact that this illness has nothing whatsoever to do with the services that IBH provides—it’s because they care about me as a person. This practice is genuinely concerned with the health of their patients, NOT simply profit, like so many other practices by which I’ve been treated. I know they have a wait for new patients but, if you’re able to wait long enough to get in, your life will be changed, for the better, without a doubt!"
