"Cute lil places. I rly like that they have the bottom floor apt that somewhat underground. The only thing I see an issue with is they need the walls painted. The carpets replaced. The baseboards replaced. Need to make sure if you have one of the units with a washer and dryer hookups and your Tennant are paying extra because they provide the washer n dryer well make sure ir Tennant appliances are working rather then making them pay to not be able to use them"

"Management seriously needs to enforce the rules that they have made, and tenants have to follow the rules they agreed to when they signed the lease. Sometimes you will have to park across the street in order to have a place to park your vehicle. We pay a ridiculous amount just to live here, and every unit should be able to park ONE REGISTERED vehicle at their building. Not 5."

"First impressions: Not bad but in bad need of maintenance!! And better renovation.. poorly done painted. Appliances are outdated and nonfunctional such as dishwasher and stove, cabinets are old don’t function well. Closets and doors over painted they can’t be shut or opened at move in day. Fans in bathroom make horrible sounds don’t work. Advertising pool etc. . No use . Several fixes needed and as much as it cost 1000$ or more for rent at least appliances should work! . Or else price for these places should be 700$ . This is online documenting of the issues so my loved one doesn’t get screwed out their deposit apparently which is issue there ."

"This place is disgusting and overall just a joke. Only lived here a little over a year and there have been so many property managers. Maintenance doesn't exist. We have had to call to complain about how long we've had a maintenance order not tended to almost every time we've placed one. Balcany was literally rotting and unsafe to walk on when we moved in, only reason it got fixed was because I had to be a Karen about it. I've complained about my neighbor's dog constantly barking three times now, nothing has been done or even spiken to us about the situation. Now the grass hasn't been mowed in a month+ I have now called twice about it. Left a voicemail, nobody ever answers the damn phone. Yet the had the audacity to raise our rent but this place just keeps getting worse. Find somewhere else to live. There's a REASON it's the cheapest in town."
